Vision and Goals of the Eco-Village

The Eco-Village is envisioned as a sanctuary of peace, freedom, and growth. It will be a place
where people live in harmony with nature, discover their true selves, and nurture their inner light.
The goal is to establish a community that values mutual respect, self-sufficiency, and spiritual
development, while contributing to a sustainable future.

Location Selection

Area

A serene, nature-rich region in Costa Rica, preferably near forests or rivers.

Soil Quality

Fertile land suitable for growing fruits and vegetables.

Accessibility

Easily reachable yet secluded enough to provide privacy and tranquility.

Village Layout

Circular Design:

◦ Houses will be arranged in concentric circles.
◦ At the center, there will be a community space (plaza) featuring a communal house and a meditation or light temple.
◦ Between the rings of houses: community gardens for fruit and vegetable cultivation.

Community Plaza:

◦ A peaceful central area for gatherings.
◦ Features seating areas, a small fountain, or a firepit.

Gardens:

◦ Designed using permaculture principles.
◦ Each resident can cultivate and personalize their own section

Walkable Pathways:

◦ All paths will be pedestrian-friendly, made with natural materials such as wood, gravel, or compacted earth.
◦ No motorized vehicles in the village core.

Additional Revenue Opportunities
On top of regular returns, investors may benefit from timber refinement or selling CO₂ certificates, depending on market conditions.
